Hempfield Spartans Stadium, located at the High School Campus of the school district, in Hempfield, PA, serves as the football stadium and track facility for the District’s AAAA program. This project was completed in 2005 and included the expansion of spectator capacity through the installation of new grandstands, and the construction of a new press box/field house facility.

The new press box was expanded, and includes toilet rooms, ticket booth, and a concession building. The project also included a new field house with locker rooms and team rooms, coaches’ offices, officials’ room, and support facilities. 

The existing artificial turf and all-weather track were maintained in their current condition.

The project also included a large-scale athletic field component. Two new baseball fields, two new softball fields, and support infrastructure such as bleachers, lighting, fencing, dugouts, and concessions areas were constructed on land adjacent to the stadium complex.
